We have taken extra precautionary measures, including enhanced cleaning procedures in our commercial kitchen and transport vehicles to ensure customer safety and wellness.


First, from the perspective of ensuring sanitary and thoroughly disinfected food prep areas:

• We use commercial grade cleaners and disinfectants.

• Linens and towels are disposed of or sanitized after every use.

• Prep tables are disinfected thoroughly after each use

• Rigorous and frequent hand washing standards

• The use of disposable gloves at all times

• Deep cleaning of our entire building

• Sanitizing of every piece of equipment used to prep, cook, store, and transport food.
